During my stay at Savoy Sea Side Hotel, I found the customer service to be excellent, particularly thanks to staff members like Raphael and Natalie. The location is fantastic, just a stroll away from the beach, but the room cleanliness could use some improvement. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, yet some aspects didn't quite meet my expectations, particularly in terms of soundproofing and room maintenance.

I had a very good experience at the Savoy Sea Side Hotel! The location was convenient, just steps from the beach, and I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and happy hour. However, the walls seemed a bit thin, as I could hear conversations from neighboring rooms at times.
